3) Vacant Property Checks - The service includes scheduled visits to vacant properties to ensure the properties are protected, to meet home insurance requirements as well as for owners to have valuable peace of mind.

Tenant and Property Preparation
The Praetorian Group has a network of trusted real estate agents for our landlords to select from should they choose to outsource the marketing and tenant placement as well as trusted resources of paralegals and tenancy lawyers should there be any unique situations during the leasing process that could benefit from sound legal counsel. Clients subscribe to this service to ensure that their vacant properties are protected, to meet home insurance requirements as well as to have valuable peace of mind. This service includes:
'Random' checks of your property to ensure vacancy requirements are met for insurance policies
Visual inspections of the interior and exterior of your property to ensure it is in good repair
Collection of mail and movement of drapes/blinds to ensure home looks 'lived-in'
Completion and maintenance of an inspection log
